10 ways to make money with me
Something that makes MONAT so unique is their compensation plan — it’s absolutely unmatched. $.50 on every $1 MONAT earns is paid out to their Market Partners. You can earn money without building a team or you can earn even more if you do want to build a team.

Let’s take a closer look at this disclaimer. “The average annual income for ALL U.S. Market Partners at all ranks (which includes Active and Inactive Market Partners) in 2020 was $876.” Starting your MONAT business costs between $200 - $700, so the average Market Partner not only makes their investment back but also earns money. “46% of U.S. Market Partners were not Active in 2020 and therefore did not earn any commissions.” Even with almost half of the U.S. Market Partners being inactive (earning $0) the average Market Partner still makes money. I always wonder what that number would be if we didn’t count inactive Market Partners (those that sign up solely for the discount) in that average.
When you partner with me, there are 10 different ways that you can earn money. Keep in mind each way to earn can be compounded onto the next and there is no limit.
10 WAYS TO EARN
1) SELL PRODUCTS, EARN COMMISSIONS
Earn 30% on retail customer sales and 15% on VIP customer sales.
2) SELL PRODUCTS, EARN PERSONAL SALES BONUSES
Earn an additional 3-10% for personal sales of $1000+ per month.
3) VIP ACQUISITION BONUSES
Earn $60 for every 4 VIPs you enroll in a calendar month (no limit).
4) BUILD A TEAM, EARN PRODUCT PACK BONUSES
For each person you add to your team, you earn a bonus of $50-$350 depending on the product pack they enroll with.
5) SMART START — DO ALL OF THE ABOVE IN THE FIRST 3 CALENDAR MONTHS OF YOUR BUSINESS AND EARN ADDITIONAL BONUSES
An additional bonus of $150 per block (a block is 4 VIPs and 1 teammate) and an additional $500 bonus each time you build 3 blocks.
Remember how I said this is a compounding compensation plan? This is what I mean: Let’s say you build 3 blocks in your first 3 months of business. We just learned that 3 blocks = 12 VIPs and 3 teammates. What does that look like for your bank account?
$180 (12 VIPs) + $150 (3 business partners all enrolled with the lowest product pack) + $150 (block 1) + $150 (block 2) + $150 (block 3) + $500 (MONATborhood) = $1,280 (on the low end) + your commissions from each VIP order. Smart start is seriously my favorite program.
6) MENTOR YOUR TEAM — WHEN YOUR PERSONAL TEAMMATE BUILDS A BLOCK DURING THEIR SMART START, YOU GET AN ADDITIONAL BONUS
Every time you help your team build, you get rewarded, earn $75 each time a personal teammate builds a block in their own Smart Start.
7) BUILD A SUCCESSFUL TEAM, EARN UNILEVEL BONUSES
Depending on your paid-as rank you earn bonuses up to 4 levels deep.
Level 1: 7% - 12%
Level 2: 3% - 7%
Level 3: 3% - 5%
Level 4: 3%
8) RANK ADVANCEMENT BONUSES
Hit your next career rank and earn a bonus of $100 - $20,000 — $100 for your very first rank and $20,000 for reaching the top of the compensation plan.
Nobody gets to the top alone (and nobody should). Our entire rank system is built on teamwork and helping every single person you mentor to succeed. When you help your mentees rank up, you’ll also receive a matching bonus for helping them to their success ($100 - $500).
9) Group Volume Bonuses
Once you hit your very first management rank — Managing Market Builder (MMB) — you can earn an additional bonus of 2% of the commissionable volume on your personal team down to the next MMB.
10) GENERATION BONUSES
Finally, you can earn an additional 3% - 4% on up to 5 generations, depending on your paid-as rank.
