Photographer|Redhead|Fiancée|Adventurer

I figured my first post should be dedicated to introducing myself, those are a few words I would use to describe me. Since I was in the eighth grade I knew that I wanted to be a photographer. I pursued my dream by attending Central Lakes College and graduating with a degree in Photographic Imaging Technology. Afterwards I started my business, Mallory's Photography.

Plot twist, red isn't my natural hair color, but I've been coloring it red so long that people just associate it with me (and most just assume that it's natural). I have very fair skin, freckles, and a bit of an Irish background so it just works I guess.

I've been with my best friend for almost eight years and last year, on our first big vacation together, he asked me to be his wife. I can't wait to marry him and start the next step of our lives together.

My parents always made it a priority to vacation with us at least once a year and my dad was a truck driver, so between that we'd been our fair share of places by the time we were each 10. Traveling had always been apart of my life, so when I got older I wanted to go farther, I am going farther.

I love coffee and wine, cooking too (sometimes). I have two big loving dogs. Fall and winter are my favorite seasons. If you ever come to Minnesota try Caribou Coffee, trust me, it's better than Starbucks. I prefer country living over city living. I want to be a mom one day. I believe in being real, authentic. This blog isn't to show you how perfect my life is and how awesome I have it. It's about the good and the bad days. The perfect and the imperfect. so thanks for being here.
